1. Eligibility
The Ryze Agency Program is open to marketing agencies, freelancers, and consultancies that manage paid advertising on behalf of third-party clients. Ryze reviews and approves each applicant at its sole discretion and may decline or revoke participation at any time.
2. Use of the platform
Partners may use the white-label features to manage client ad accounts they are authorized to access. Partners are responsible for obtaining all necessary client permissions and for ensuring each connected account complies with the relevant ad platform's policies.
3. Fees & billing
Participation is billed as a flat monthly platform fee per seat, exclusive of client media spend. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by the money-back guarantee in effect at signup. Volume tiers and current pricing are confirmed in writing at onboarding.
4. Client relationships & approvals
Partners retain ownership of their client relationships. No campaign is launched or modified until the partner approves it. Ryze provides drafts and recommendations only; the partner remains the decision-maker and the party of record with each client.
5. Branding & white-label use
Partners may apply their own brand to reports, dashboards, and client-facing exports. Partners may not represent themselves as employees, owners, or official representatives of Ryze AI, and may not resell access to the platform outside of managing their own clients' accounts.
6. Term & termination
Participation is month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with notice as described at onboarding. Upon termination, white-label access ends and partners are responsible for transitioning any affected client accounts.
7. Changes to the program
Ryze may update program features, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
