Privacy Policy

Introduction

Ryze AI is operated by Meow AI, LLC, San Francisco, CA ("Ryze", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the Ryze web app at get-ryze.ai, the Ryze connector for AI assistants (including the Ryze AI plugin in ChatGPT and other MCP clients), and our browser extension; why we use it; who receives it; how long we keep it; and the controls you have. It applies to all of these surfaces unless a section says otherwise.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), organization and workspace names, website domain, and the team members you invite.
• Billing data: plan, subscription status and invoices. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never receive full card numbers.
• Connected platform credentials: when you connect an account (for example Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Drive, Meta Ads, Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, TikTok Ads or other supported platforms), we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens or API keys you provide, encrypted with AES-256-GCM, plus the account label and settings you choose (such as a default site or ad account).
• Data from connected platforms: campaign, ad, keyword, audience, search, analytics, content, store and file data that we fetch from those platforms when you or your assistant ask for it.
• Content you create in Ryze: chat messages with the Ryze assistant, reports, articles, creatives, scheduled tasks, brand notes and uploaded files.
• Tool call records: for every tool called through the Ryze connector or the Ryze assistant, we log the tool name, the input arguments, the result status, any error message, the calling client (for example "ChatGPT") and a timestamp.
• Phone number and SMS consent, if you provide them.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, product events, and error reports.

2. Using Ryze in ChatGPT and Other AI Assistants

When you connect the Ryze AI plugin in ChatGPT (or Ryze in another MCP client), you sign in to Ryze through OAuth and choose which Ryze workspace the assistant may use. After that:

• Tool inputs: the arguments the assistant sends to a Ryze tool (for example an account ID, a date range, a query, a keyword list, or the values to write to a sheet) are sent to Ryze, used to perform that single request, and logged in the tool call record described above.
• Tool outputs: Ryze fetches the requested data from your connected platform or performs the requested change in it, and returns the result to the assistant. We do not store tool outputs in our database. The assistant provider (for example OpenAI) handles the conversation and the tool results under its own privacy policy.
• Write actions: tools that create, update, pause or delete things (campaigns, budgets, sheet cells, documents, sitemaps, store content and similar) change data in your connected accounts only when the assistant calls them on your behalf. Tools that permanently delete data are marked as destructive so that assistants such as ChatGPT can ask for your confirmation before running them.
• What we do not do: we do not send tool inputs or outputs to AI model providers, and we do not use them for advertising or to train AI models. The one exception is a scheduled task you create through the connector: it runs later on the Ryze assistant, which uses the AI model providers listed in section 4.
• Connector sign-in: the connector runs on Cloudflare. It stores the OAuth grant for your assistant (your Ryze user and workspace IDs) so the assistant can call Ryze; access tokens expire after one hour.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide the service: run the tools, reports, content and automations you request.
• Authenticate you, manage workspaces and team access, and enforce plan limits and credits.
• Process payments and send receipts through Stripe.
• Send transactional emails and, if you opt in, SMS messages and product updates.
• Provide customer support, including reviewing tool call records to fix a problem you report.
• Monitor reliability, debug errors, and prevent abuse and fraud.
• Improve the product using aggregated or de-identified usage statistics.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use data from your connected platforms for advertising or to train AI models.

4. Who Receives Data

We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, for the purposes below:

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
• Vercel: hosting of the Ryze web app and API.
• Cloudflare: hosting of the Ryze connector and its OAuth sign-in; DNS.
• Upstash: job queues and short-lived cache.
• Stripe: payments and invoicing.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• PostHog: product analytics, including usage events from the Ryze assistant.
• Sentry: error monitoring.
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini) and OpenRouter: AI models that power the Ryze assistant and content generation inside the Ryze web app and scheduled tasks. Not used for tool calls made from ChatGPT or other assistants.
• DataForSEO: search volume, ranking and backlink data; receives the domains and keywords you research.
• Apify: Meta Ad Library lookups; receives the brand, domain or keyword you search.
• Browserbase: browser automation for tasks that require a web page.
• Context7: public API documentation lookups; receives only the documentation query.
• SMS delivery providers: only if you opt in to SMS.

Data you ask Ryze to read or change is also exchanged with the platform you connected (for example Google, Meta or Shopify) under that platform's terms. We may disclose data when required by law or valid legal process, or to a successor in a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. Retention

• Account, workspace and content data: kept while your account is active. Deleting an organization deletes its workspaces and the data stored in them.
• Connected platform tokens: kept until you disconnect the platform in Ryze, at which point the stored tokens are deleted, or until the workspace is deleted.
• Tool call records: kept for the life of the workspace so we can provide support and investigate issues, and deleted with the workspace or on request.
• Tool outputs from ChatGPT and other assistants: not stored by Ryze.
• Connector OAuth grants: access tokens expire after one hour; the grant is kept until you ask us to revoke it, and it can no longer reach any data once your account or workspace is deleted.
• Billing records: kept as long as required for tax and accounting obligations.
• Logs, analytics and error reports: kept for the limited periods set by the providers listed above.

When you request deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

6. Your Controls and Rights

• Disconnect a platform at any time in Ryze under Integrations; its stored tokens are deleted. You can also revoke Ryze in the platform itself, for example in your Google Account permissions.
• Disconnect Ryze from ChatGPT in ChatGPT's app settings, and email us to revoke the connector grant.
• Delete your organization in Ryze settings, or ask us to delete your account.
• Access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict its processing, by emailing hello@get-ryze.ai with the subject "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days.
• Unsubscribe from product emails with the link in any email, and reply STOP to any SMS.
• Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can block cookies in your browser, though sign-in may stop working.

7. Google User Data

Ryze's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google data (for example Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics and Drive) only with your explicit consent and only to provide the features you use.

• We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to third parties, except as needed to provide the features you use, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• We never use Google user data for advertising, ad targeting, or to train AI models.
• Humans at Ryze do not read your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
• You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting in Ryze; the stored Google tokens are then deleted.

8. SMS/Text Message Communications

Ryze AI (operated by Meow AI, LLC) may send SMS/text messages to the phone number you provide. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Transactional Messages: We may send SMS messages for transactional purposes, including account alerts, security notifications, service updates, and appointment reminders.
• Promotional Messages: If you separately opt in to marketing communications, we may send promotional SMS messages about new features, offers, and product updates.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at hello@get-ryze.ai.
• No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS consent or phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share phone numbers with SMS service providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Platform tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it. No method of protection is perfect; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay.

10. International Transfers

Ryze is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using Ryze you understand that your data may be processed outside your country of residence.

11. Children

Ryze is a business service for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

12. Changes

We update this policy when our data practices change. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will email account owners before a material change takes effect.
