Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
1. Summary
This Policy explains how Ryze AI (operated by Meow AI, LLC, "Ryze", "we") handles subscriptions, free trials, automatic renewal, cancellations, credits, refunds, and payment disputes. It is part of our Terms of Service. If a signed enterprise agreement conflicts with this Policy, the signed agreement controls.
Payments to Ryze are final once processed. We correct a duplicate charge or a Ryze billing error, and the rules below explain how each type of payment works.
| Payment type | Summary |
|---|---|
| Monthly or annual subscription | Cancel any time in Organization Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. |
| Free trial | No charge for the plan if canceled before the trial ends. Trial length depends on the plan (currently 3 or 7 days) and is shown before you confirm. If not canceled, the selected subscription starts and renews automatically. |
| Setup fee | A one-time $1 fee charged when a trial starts. Earned when charged; it is not a deposit. |
| Included and top-up credits | Unused credits carry over and do not expire. They can be used while you have an active subscription and have no cash value. |
| Add-ons and one-time services (extra websites, backlinks, press releases) | Delivered on the schedule shown at purchase; no proration. |
| Poor results or unused features | Ryze does not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, or return on ad spend. |
| Advertising spend | Google, Meta, or another platform charges you directly under its own rules. The Managed Campaigns management fee is charged by Ryze (see Section 7). |
| Duplicate charge or Ryze billing error | Corrected. Report within 30 days to support@get-ryze.ai. |
2. Subscriptions and Free Trials
2.1 Automatic Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Ryze and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period at the then-current price for your plan. We will notify you in advance of any price change that applies to your renewal.
2.2 Free Trials
Eligible new accounts may start a free trial. The trial length depends on the plan and the offer you enroll through and is displayed before you confirm (currently three or seven days). Some plans do not include a trial. A trial requires a valid payment method and is available once per organization.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and the payment method on file is charged for the first billing period. The trial end date is shown in Organization Settings → Billing.
2.3 Setup Fee
Plans with a free trial charge a one-time $1 setup fee when the trial starts. The fee confirms your payment method, funds a starter credit allowance so the agent can begin work immediately, and is earned when charged. It is not a deposit against future subscription charges.
2.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time in the product under Organization Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. If you cannot access Billing (for example, because of a login problem), email support@get-ryze.ai from the email address the subscription is billed under and we will help you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access, including your remaining credits, until that date. After that date, the subscription ends. Your remaining credits stay on your organization's balance (Section 4.3).
2.5 No Partial Refunds
Ryze does not issue partial-period, prorated, unused-time, or retroactive refunds because an account was not used, a feature was not used, a connector was not set up, results were disappointing, or you forgot to cancel before a renewal or the end of a trial.
2.6 Plan Changes
When you switch plans, the change takes effect immediately, and the price difference for the rest of the current period is calculated automatically and shown before you confirm. Switching from an annual to a monthly plan, or canceling an annual plan mid-term, does not refund the unused portion of the annual charge.
2.7 Exceptions
Ryze will correct a duplicate charge or a Ryze billing error and will provide any refund required by non-waivable applicable law.
3. Fees Are Final
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement, all Ryze fees are final and earned when charged or incurred. This includes subscription fees, setup fees (including if you cancel during the trial), credit top-ups, additional website or workspace add-ons, backlink and press release packages, agency onboarding, and fees for work already performed or resources already reserved on your behalf.
4. Credits
4.1 What Credits Are
Ryze plans include a monthly credit allowance that the agent draws down as it works (chat turns, agent runs, scheduled tasks, content and creative generation). Annual plans receive their full yearly allowance upfront. You may also purchase credit top-up packs. Credits are a usage measure inside the Services. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between organizations, and cannot be exchanged for money.
4.2 Carryover
Unused credits carry over from one billing period to the next. Credits are shared by all workspaces in your organization.
4.3 Credits After Cancellation
Credits do not expire. When your subscription ends, unused credits, including carried-over and top-up credits, stay on your organization's balance, but they can be used only while you have an active subscription. If you subscribe again, you can use them again.
4.4 Legitimate Usage Is Not a Billing Error
Credits consumed by schedules, agent runs, or actions you or your team configured are correct usage, not an error, and are not reinstated.
5. Add-Ons and One-Time Services
Additional websites, agency workspaces, backlink placements, press releases, and similar one-time or add-on purchases are delivered on the schedule shown at purchase. They are final once work begins, an order is submitted to a publisher or partner, or resources are reserved (Section 3). Placement, indexing, and publication timing depend on third-party publishers and search engines and are not guaranteed.
6. Results Are Not Guaranteed
Search rankings, organic traffic, AI visibility, ad performance, and revenue depend on factors outside Ryze's control, including search engine and advertising platform algorithms, competition, your website, your offer, and your budget. Ryze does not guarantee rankings, traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, purchases, revenue, or return on advertising spend unless a signed agreement expressly states a specific guarantee and remedy. Disappointing results, delay, or failure to achieve expected outcomes do not create a right to a refund, credit, chargeback, fee reduction, or damages.
7. Advertising Spend
Advertising spend is charged directly by Google, Meta, or another advertising platform to the payment method you have on file with that platform. Ryze does not bill, hold, or control ad spend and does not control the platform's billing, refunds, account restrictions, ad rejections, or policy decisions. Changes the agent makes to campaigns are made under your instructions and approval settings; the resulting spend is between you and the platform. If you use Managed Campaigns, Ryze charges a separate management fee calculated as a percentage of the ad spend it manages — from 5% down to 0.8% depending on the campaign's daily budget. The rate is shown in the product and confirmed by you before a campaign launches, and the fee is charged monthly on actual ad spend.
8. Billing Errors and Chargebacks
8.1 Report Errors Within 30 Days
To the fullest extent permitted by law, a claimed billing error must be reported to support@get-ryze.ai within thirty (30) days after the charge, invoice, or statement becomes available. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a description of the issue. This contractual period does not limit any longer, non-waivable statutory right.
8.2 Contact Ryze First
Before initiating a chargeback, bank dispute, or payment reversal, you must contact Ryze and give us a reasonable opportunity, generally at least ten (10) business days, to investigate and resolve the matter. Most billing questions are resolved within one business day. This does not eliminate any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
8.3 Improper Chargebacks
You may not dispute an authorized charge for Services delivered or made available under your plan, a fee that is final under Section 3, a trial that converted because it was not canceled, disappointing results, or as a substitute for the cancellation and refund rules in this Policy. You may not knowingly describe an authorized charge as fraudulent or unauthorized.
8.4 Consequences
A disputed or reversed charge may result in immediate suspension of the organization, pausing of all agent activity and schedules, and restriction of access to workspaces and generated content while the dispute is open. If the dispute is denied, withdrawn, or resolved in Ryze's favor, the amount becomes immediately due together with processor dispute fees and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law. Ryze may decline future service to an account with an unresolved improper chargeback.
8.5 Evidence
You authorize Ryze to provide relevant records to a payment processor, bank, card issuer, card network, or dispute administrator, including the Terms and this Policy, checkout and trial disclosures, account and login activity, agent runs and generated content, connector activity, support communications, invoices, and device and IP information.
8.6 Legitimate Rights
Nothing in this Policy prevents a cardholder from reporting a genuinely unauthorized transaction or exercising a non-waivable legal right. Knowingly false, misleading, duplicative, or bad-faith disputes violate the Terms of Service.
9. Non-Payment
If a renewal charge fails, Ryze will retry the payment method and notify you. If payment is not received, the subscription may be suspended and then canceled, at which point Section 4.3 applies. Reactivating after non-payment may require settling the outstanding balance.
10. How to Cancel or Report an Error
- Self-service: open the product, go to Organization Settings → Billing, and click Cancel plan. You will see the exact date your access ends.
- Can't access Billing: if you cannot reach Organization Settings → Billing (for example, a login problem), write to support@get-ryze.ai from the email address the subscription is billed under and we will help you.
- Billing error: include the account email, charge date, amount, invoice or transaction reference, and a short explanation. Invoices are available in Organization Settings → Billing.
11. Enterprise Agreements
A signed master services agreement, order form, statement of work, or other enterprise agreement may set different billing, refund, cancellation, minimum-commitment, or remedy terms. If that agreement expressly conflicts with this Policy, the signed agreement controls for the applicable Services.
12. Changes to This Policy
Ryze may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with its effective date at the top. Material changes apply from your next renewal after the change is posted.
