FAQ
Do I need a Google Ads developer token or a Google Cloud project?
No. The hosted server runs on Ryze AI's own API access. You sign in with Google or Meta over OAuth and the tools are ready. Self-hosted open-source servers need your own developer token and Cloud project.
Can the MCP change my live campaigns?
Only through write tools, and those are approval-gated. In Claude, keep every write and delete tool on Needs approval in Settings, Connectors, Ryze AI. Read tools run without prompts.
Which clients work with it?
Claude (Pro, Team or Max), ChatGPT (Plus, Pro or Business with Developer mode), Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code and any client that speaks remote MCP over HTTP.
Are the GitHub repos still free?
Yes. The open-source skills and MCP repos stay free to use and self-host. The hosted endpoint is the option for people who do not want to manage tokens, OAuth clients or a server.
