Meow AI, LLC (operating as Ryze AI, "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the Ryze AI MCP platform ("Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you sign up we collect your name, email address, company name, role, and website URL to create and manage your account.
1.2 Billing Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only a tokenized reference to your payment method. We do not store full card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
1.3 Ad Account and Analytics Data
When you connect your advertising or analytics accounts, the Service accesses data from those platforms solely to execute the actions you request. This includes:
- Google Ads campaign data (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, performance metrics)
- Meta Ads campaign data (campaigns, ad sets, creatives, performance metrics)
- Google Analytics data (sessions, conversions, audience data)
We access this data only with your explicit OAuth authorization. We do not retain ad account data beyond what is needed to fulfill your requests and provide the Service.
1.4 Usage and Technical Data
We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and product analytics to monitor reliability and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate you and manage your subscription
- Process payments via Stripe
- Execute read, write, and edit actions on your ad accounts as instructed by you
- Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, service notices)
- Investigate and resolve support requests
- Monitor uptime and debug errors
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your ad account data or Google/Meta user data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or AI model training.
3. Google and Meta API Data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide or improve the features you explicitly requested.
- We do not sell, share, rent, or transfer Google user data to any third party.
- We do not use Google user data for serving ads or for AI training.
- You may revoke our access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Upon revocation, all associated Google user data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
The same principles apply to data accessed via the Meta Marketing API.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of parties, and only as necessary:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud) — hosting and running the MCP server
- Analytics tools — aggregated, anonymized usage metrics only
- Law enforcement or regulators — when required by law or valid legal process
- Successor entities — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with advance notice to you
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after termination to fulfil legal and billing obligations. Ad account data fetched through the MCP is not stored persistently beyond the duration needed to fulfill your request. Upon account deletion or a data deletion request, all personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for credentials and tokens, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a confirmed breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential session cookies to keep you authenticated and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
- Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing)

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
