This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Meow AI, LLC (“Ryze AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your mobile phone number and related information when you opt in to receive text messages from us. It supplements our main Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you opt in to SMS communications, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• Your opt-in consent record (date, time, and method of opt-in)
• Message delivery and engagement data (e.g., delivered, read receipts where available)

3. How We Use Your Mobile Number

We use your mobile number solely to send you text messages you have consented to receive, which may include:

• Account notifications and onboarding updates
• Product announcements and feature releases
• Scheduling confirmations and reminders for calls or demos
• Marketing messages about Ryze AI services (only if you have opted in to marketing SMS)

4. No Sharing of Mobile Numbers

We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your number only with trusted service providers (such as our SMS platform provider, Twilio, Inc.) who process messages on our behalf under strict data processing agreements, and only as necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your account activity and the type of communications you have opted in to. We will not send excessive messages and you can opt out at any time (see Section 7).

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may be charged by your mobile carrier for text messages sent to or received from us. Ryze AI does not charge separately for SMS communications.

7. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
• Replying CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE
• Emailing us at support@get-ryze.ai with your mobile number and a request to opt out

After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

9. Data Retention

We retain your mobile number and consent records for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. After you opt out, we retain a record of your opt-out to ensure we honor your preference.
