Claude + Screaming Frog CSV
This is the most widely documented approach to running a technical SEO audit with Claude, and for good reason. The workflow has three steps: crawl your site with Screaming Frog, strip the export down to seven columns (Address, Title 1, Meta Description 1, H1-1, Status Code, Canonical Link Element 1, Word Count), and paste the cleaned CSV into Claude with a structured audit prompt.
Claude reads the data, ranks every issue by ranking impact, and returns a scored audit with specific fix recommendations for title length, canonical conflicts, missing H1s, redirect chains, and thin pages. Ayima’s agency benchmark found this cuts Screaming Frog triage from 45–90 minutes to under 5 minutes per domain. The limitation is that Claude cannot fetch live pages — it works entirely from the data you give it, so the quality of the output depends heavily on the quality of the export. Pair this with a tool like Ryze AI for continuous monitoring between manual audits.
