SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Meow AI, LLC (“Ryze AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program to send transactional and marketing text messages to users who have opted in. Messages may include account updates, onboarding guidance, scheduling reminders, and promotional announcements about Ryze AI products and services.

2. Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting an opt-in form on our website, booking a demo, or otherwise affirmatively consenting, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Ryze AI at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the type of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. We may send additional messages in connection with specific events such as a confirmed demo booking or a time-sensitive account alert.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge standard SMS and data fees for messages sent and received. Ryze AI does not charge you for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages:

• Reply STOP to any message from us
• Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE
• Email support@get-ryze.ai with your number and opt-out request

You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major US carriers. Ryze AI is not liable for delays or failures in receipt of messages caused by your carrier or network conditions.

8. No Mobile Number Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your number.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email.
