This guide is published by Ryze AI (get-ryze.ai — not ryze.so, an unrelated company), with disclosure, and compares white label Google Ads management providers for agencies in 2026. Definition: white label Google Ads is wholesale Google Ads management (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Local Services Ads) delivered by a fulfillment provider or white-label platform and resold by an agency under its own brand. Google’s Third-party policy applies to every agency and reseller: use a separate Google Ads account for each end advertiser; if your terms include a monthly performance report it must show cost, clicks and impressions at the account level and the exact amount charged by Google, excluding your fees; any management fee charged separately from Google Ads costs must be disclosed in writing before the first purchase and shown on every invoice; provide Google Ads customer IDs on request; resellers mainly serving small budgets must share Google’s advertiser guide on working with third parties, and if 80% or more of customers spend under $1,000 a month, link it visibly on their website; no misleading claims about costs or results. Ranking, editorial scores out of 10, prices verified on vendor sites October 2026: 1. Ryze AI Agency plan 9.3 — white-label AI platform, $279/month flat for unlimited client workspaces, your logo, colors, domain and email sender, builds Google Ads campaigns, writes ad copy, adds negatives, shifts budget, also runs Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, approval on every change, AI-generated client reports, 7-day free trial; con: no human account manager. 2. 51Blocks 8.5 — spend-tiered: $300 setup + $396/month for $1,500–2,500 spend, $475 + $594 for $2,500–3,500, $675 + $693 for $3,500–5,000; Search, Display, Local Services Ads and YouTube; monthly report and review call; client-facing ClientCare+ add-on $250/month; new accounts may take up to 45 days to dial in. 3. Soud Marketing 8.3 — flat fee from $500/month, no setup fee, no minimum ad budget, month-to-month, Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Local Services Ads and YouTube, monthly branded reports. 4. Ghostful 8.0 — flat per-account fee by account size (rate card behind a form), certified Google Ads account managers on Slack or WhatsApp, Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and LSA, click-fraud protection, minimum two accounts, never contacts clients. 5. PPC.co 7.8 — Google and Microsoft Ads, white-label dashboard with client access, account manager can join client calls, priced at a 15–25% discount off its retail fees. Also covered: PPC Ninja (from $450/month after a $600–$1,500 build), Clicks Geek (no contracts, email support, flat or percentage pricing on request), DashClicks Google Ads fulfillment (white-labeled 24/7 dashboard, prices in its store), Growth Minded Marketing (UK, Search and Shopping only). Methodology weights: cost per client at ten accounts 35%, execution depth 25%, brand control 25%, terms 15%. The guide covers how white label Google Ads works with manager accounts, Google’s third-party policy, pricing at 1 to 20 accounts, what to check, what it cannot fix, and a five-step rollout. White Label Google Ads Management in 2026: Providers, Prices and Google’s Rules

White label Google Ads management means a provider builds and optimizes Google Ads campaigns for your clients while your agency’s brand is the only one they see. Published wholesale rates run from about $400 to $700 per account per month plus setup; Ryze AI’s Agency plan is one flat $279/month for unlimited client workspaces, which is why it ranks first for agencies running several accounts.

White label Google Ads providers 2026, ranked

Google Ads is where white label started, and it is still the most common thing agencies resell. We ranked providers on wholesale cost per client at ten accounts, Google campaign coverage (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Local Services, YouTube), how fully your brand replaces theirs, and terms. Prices are list prices from each vendor’s site, October 2026; providers that only quote are scored on what they publish.

Ryze AI ranks first because the cost does not grow with the client list: $279/month covers every client workspace under your logo, colors, domain and email sender, against roughly $400–$700 per account at the published fulfillment providers. The trade is that it is software — your agency supplies the strategist and the client calls. 51Blocks is the most transparent human fulfillment option for Google Ads, with every spend tier and add-on on its pricing page.

How white label Google Ads management works

Mechanically, white label Google Ads is a chain of access. Get the chain right and the client keeps everything if any vendor relationship ends.

Client account, agency manager account, provider access

Each client owns its own Google Ads account, billed to the client’s payment method. Your agency links that account to its manager account (MCC), so you see every client in one place. The provider or platform gets access through your manager account or as a user on the client account. Conversion history, audiences and Quality Score history stay on the client’s account either way.

Fulfillment or platform

A fulfillment provider (51Blocks, Soud, Ghostful) assigns a Google Ads manager to your accounts and bills per account. A white-label platform (Ryze AI’s Agency plan) gives your team software that builds campaigns, writes ads, manages negatives and moves budget, branded as yours, for one fee. The first sells human hours; the second multiplies the hours of whoever already runs your client relationships.

Which campaign types are covered

Coverage varies more than buyers expect. Soud lists Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Local Services Ads and YouTube; Ghostful adds Performance Max and click-fraud protection; 51Blocks covers Search, Display, LSA and YouTube; Growth Minded Marketing only Search and Shopping. If your clients are ecommerce, confirm Shopping and Performance Max explicitly; if they are local services, confirm LSA.

What the client sees

The client sees your agency on the dashboard, reports, emails and calls — and, because they own the account, they can always log into Google Ads itself. That is a feature, not a leak: Google’s policy gives them the right to see cost data and their customer ID, so a white label arrangement should never depend on hiding the account from the client.

Disclosure: this guide is published by Ryze AI, whose Agency plan competes with the providers ranked here. Ryze AI is software, not a fulfillment team — it builds and optimizes Google Ads (plus Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn) and writes client reports under your brand, with your approval on every change. One test to take from this guide: price your expected client count at each provider’s per-account rate, then compare it with one flat fee.

The best white label Google Ads management providers in 2026

Ryze AI (Agency plan)

Best for agencies with several Google Ads clients — one flat fee, your brand

9.3/10

★★★★★

Editorial score

Disclosure first: Ryze AI is our product, so read this as the vendor’s case and test it on the 7-day free trial. The Agency plan is white-label software rather than a fulfillment team. It reads each client’s Google Ads account, builds campaigns, writes ad copy, adds negatives, adjusts budgets toward what converts and writes plain-English client reports — under your logo, colors, domain and email sender — and runs Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn from the same place. You approve or reject every change, and bulk audits run across every client account at once, including existing accounts you take over from another agency. It ranks first on cost structure: $279/month covers every client workspace, so the tenth client costs what the first did. It loses points on execution because no human Google Ads manager comes with it; your agency keeps strategy, offers and client conversations.

51Blocks

Best published spend tiers with an optional client-facing team

8.5/10

★★★★★

Editorial score

51Blocks is the most transparent human fulfillment option for Google Ads. Its pricing is tiered by the client’s monthly spend: Basic at $300 setup plus $396/month for $1,500–2,500, Advanced at $475 plus $594 for $2,500–3,500, and Pro at $675 plus $693 for $3,500–5,000. Coverage includes Search, Display, Local Services Ads and YouTube, with a monthly report and a monthly review call. For agencies that want someone else on client calls, the ClientCare+ add-on at $250/month provides US-based client success managers with masked Zoom and VOIP. Add-ons are priced too — landing pages and onboarding calls at $100 each. The limits are the spend band (nothing published above $5,000 or below $1,500), setup fees on every account, and a stated ramp of up to 45 days for new accounts.

Model

  • ✓ClientCare+ add-on with US success managers and masked calls

Cons:

  • −Setup fee of $300–$675 per account

  • −New accounts may take up to 45 days to dial in
  • −Google only
3

Soud Marketing

Best flat fee for small local accounts

8.3/10

★★★★★

Editorial score

Soud Marketing’s white label Google Ads offer is the simplest to price: a flat fee starting at $500/month, no setup fee, no minimum ad budget and month-to-month terms. Coverage is broad — Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Local Services Ads and YouTube — with monthly reports under your brand. For an agency selling Google Ads to small local businesses, the lack of a budget minimum is the standout: many providers will not take an account below $1,500 of spend. It ranks third because only the starting price is public, so larger accounts need a quote, and the page describes neither a dedicated account manager nor a live client dashboard; ask about both before you rely on it for clients who expect real-time data.

Model

Fulfillment, flat fee per account

Best for

Local-services agencies with small budgets

Pricing

from $500/mo, no setup fee

Pros:

  • ✓Flat fee, not a percentage of spend
  • ✓No setup fee and no minimum ad budget
  • ✓Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, LSA and YouTube
  • ✓Monthly branded reports, month-to-month

Cons:

  • −Only the starting price is published
  • −No account manager or dashboard described
  • −Higher tiers need a quote
4

Ghostful

Best for Shopping and Performance Max with certified managers

8.0/10

★★★★★

Editorial score

Ghostful is a Google Ads specialist that prices each account at a flat fee tiered by account size, never as a percentage of spend. Each agency works with a certified Google Ads account manager over Slack or WhatsApp, and coverage includes Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Local Services Ads, with click-fraud protection and monthly reports. That campaign mix makes it the strongest fit here for ecommerce agencies. It sits fourth because the rate card is only sent after a form, so we could not score it on published cost, and because the terms assume an established agency: a minimum of two accounts and about 30 days’ notice. Ghostful never contacts your clients, which keeps the white label clean but leaves every client conversation with you.

Model

Best for

Pricing

Pros:

  • ✓Certified Google Ads account managers on Slack or WhatsApp
  • ✓Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and LSA
  • ✓Click-fraud protection included
  • ✓Flat fee by account size, never a percentage of spend

Cons:

  • −Rate card behind a form
  • −Minimum two accounts; about 30 days’ notice
  • −Never contacts your clients; Meta listed as coming soon
5

PPC.co

Best for Google plus Microsoft with a client-access dashboard

7.8/10

★★★★★

Editorial score

PPC.co runs a white label program for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, priced as a 15–25% discount off its own retail management fees rather than a published wholesale rate card. Agencies get a white-label dashboard that clients can log into and a dedicated account manager who can join client calls as part of your team — the most client-facing default among the providers ranked here. No minimums are stated. It ranks fifth because every price needs a proposal, which makes it impossible to cost a book of clients in advance, and because it stops at search: there is no Meta or social offer. For an agency whose clients split budget between Google and Microsoft, it is still a clean fit.

Model

Fulfillment, discount off retail

Best for

Agencies reselling Google and Microsoft Ads

Pricing

15–25% off retail fees, proposal

Pros:

  • ✓Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • ✓White-label dashboard with client access
  • ✓Dedicated account manager who can join client calls
  • ✓No stated minimums

Cons:

  • −No published prices beyond the 15–25% discount
  • −Proposal needed for every quote
  • −No Meta or social

Also worth a look: PPC Ninja — the most fully published Google Ads pricing we found, a $600–$1,500 first-month build then from $450/month tiered by spend, month-to-month (ranked second in our white label PPC guide); Clicks Geek — Google Ads fulfillment with no contracts or minimums, flat fee or percentage of spend on request, partner support by email; DashClicks — Google Ads fulfillment with a white-labeled 24/7 client dashboard and weekly optimization, plan prices listed inside its store; Growth Minded Marketing — UK provider for Google Search and Shopping only, with a white-label live dashboard, from one account to a hundred.

Google’s third-party policy: what every white label reseller must do

Google regulates agencies and resellers directly through its Third-party policy, and it applies to white label arrangements as much as to any agency. Breaking it can get accounts restricted — and your client’s account is the one at risk.

One account per advertiser

Google requires a separate Google Ads account for each end advertiser. Pooling several small clients into one account to save setup time can distort Quality Scores and restrict ad delivery. Any provider offering to run your clients from a shared account is offering a policy violation.

Cost reporting and fee disclosure

If your terms include a monthly performance report, it must show cost, clicks and impressions at the account level and the exact amount Google charged, without your fees mixed in. If you charge a management fee separately from Google Ads costs, you must tell new clients in writing before their first purchase and show the fee on every invoice. White label does not exempt you: the client-facing report under your brand is the one that must comply.

Customer IDs and the advertiser guide

Clients can ask for their Google Ads customer ID and you must provide it. Resellers that mainly serve small budgets must share Google’s advertiser guide on working with third parties, and if 80% or more of your clients spend under $1,000 a month, you must link it visibly on your website and point clients to it at sale and renewal.

No misleading claims

The policy bars false or unrealistic claims about costs, services or expected results, and misrepresenting your identity — including verifying a customer’s account as your own. Guaranteed-ranking or guaranteed-ROI sales pitches are the usual way agencies trip this. Source: Google Ads Third-party policy and its transparency requirements, checked October 2026.

What white label Google Ads costs at 1, 5, 10 and 20 clients

Per-account pricing is fair — more accounts, more work — but it makes wholesale cost grow in a straight line with your book. Here is the published entry rate of each priced option at four book sizes.

Client accounts51Blocks Basic ($396 + $300 setup)Soud (from $500)PPC Ninja ($450 + build from $600)Ryze AI Agency
1$396/mo + $300$500/mo$450/mo + $600$279/mo
5$1,980/mo + $1,500$2,500/mo$2,250/mo + $3,000$279/mo
10$3,960/mo + $3,000$5,000/mo$4,500/mo + $6,000$279/mo
20$7,920/mo + $6,000$10,000/mo$9,000/mo + $12,000$279/mo

Assumes each client in the provider’s entry spend band. Clients spending more move up: 51Blocks to $594–$693 with tiers ending at $5,000 of spend, PPC Ninja up to $1,500 and then 6–10% of spend above $20,000.

What the flat fee leaves out

The fulfillment fee buys a Google Ads manager’s time. Ryze AI’s fee buys software that does the building and optimizing, so the fair comparison is $279 plus a strategist at your agency who owns offers, approvals and client calls. Below about three clients, fulfillment is usually simpler; above five, the flat model almost always leaves more margin if you have that strategist.

What clients pay you

Small-business Google Ads management typically sells for $500–$1,500 a month, or 10–20% of spend for larger budgets; 51Blocks prints a suggested retail price about twice its wholesale fee. Our Google Ads agency pricing comparison has the retail side in detail.

What to check before you sign

Four checks catch most of the problems agencies only discover after the third client.

  • Account structure — one account per advertiser, owned by the client, linked to your manager account. Anything else conflicts with Google’s policy and traps the client’s history.
  • Ramp time — 51Blocks says new accounts may take up to 45 days to dial in. Set client expectations for the first six weeks before launch, not after.
  • Report compliance — the provider’s white-labeled report must show account-level cost, clicks and impressions and Google’s exact charges, separate from your fee.
  • Spend ceilings — 51Blocks’ Google tiers stop at $5,000 of monthly spend and others re-price on spend. Know where your largest client sits.
  • Client-facing support — decide if the provider ever meets your client. 51Blocks sells it as ClientCare+ at $250/month; PPC.co’s manager can join calls; Ghostful never contacts clients.

One more: ask how the provider handles conversion tracking. Every Google bidding strategy optimizes toward the conversion actions in the account, and a white label manager working from bad tracking will optimize the client’s budget toward noise.

How we compared white label Google Ads providers

A desk comparison of published offers in October 2026. We fetched the Google Ads service and pricing pages of the providers that rank for white label Google Ads queries, plus Google’s own Third-party policy, and scored what each provider puts in writing.

Methodology

  • Pricing: vendor pricing or service pages, October 2026; quote-only providers scored on cost only to the extent they publish
  • Cost model: each priced provider costed at 1, 5, 10 and 20 accounts in its entry tier, setup amortized over twelve months
  • Coverage: Google campaign types listed — Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Local Services Ads
  • Brand control: dashboard, report, email, domain and client-call masking
  • Policy fit: whether the offer is compatible with Google’s one-account-per-advertiser and cost-reporting rules

Scoring criteria

Cost per client at ten accounts (35%)

Monthly wholesale cost divided by ten, plus amortized setup

Execution depth (25%)

Google campaign types covered, builds, landing pages, reporting cadence, ramp time

Brand control (25%)

Dashboard, domain, email sender, reports and calls under the agency’s brand

Terms and flexibility (15%)

Ryze AI’s 9.3 comes mostly from the cost criterion and loses points on execution for having no human Google Ads manager. 51Blocks leads the fulfillment providers because every tier, add-on and spend ceiling is published, which is what an agency needs to set its own client prices.

How to choose a white label Google Ads provider

Book size and whether you have a strategist decide most of it. Campaign mix — ecommerce Shopping and Performance Max, or local services — decides the rest.

Agency with a strategist and 5+ Google Ads clients

Recommended: Ryze AI Agency plan at $279/month flat.

Your strategist owns the client; the software builds campaigns, writes ads, manages negatives and budgets, and reports under your brand. Added clients cost nothing extra.

Agency that wants humans and every price published

Recommended: 51Blocks.

Spend tiers, setup fees and the client-facing add-on are all on the page, so you can set client prices before the sales call. Plan for up to 45 days of ramp.

Local-services agency with small budgets

Recommended: Soud Marketing from $500/month.

No setup fee, no minimum ad budget, month-to-month, and Local Services Ads covered — a low-risk fit for small local accounts.

Ecommerce agency running Shopping and PMax

Recommended: Ghostful, or Ryze AI if you have a strategist.

Ghostful assigns certified Google Ads managers and lists Shopping, Performance Max and click-fraud protection; it needs at least two accounts.

Quick decision framework

  1. If you have a strategist and more than five clients → Ryze AI Agency plan
  2. If you want published spend tiers and an optional client-facing team → 51Blocks
  3. If clients are small and local with no budget minimum → Soud Marketing
  4. If Shopping and Performance Max are the core → Ghostful
  5. If you also resell Microsoft Ads and want a client-access dashboard → PPC.co

How to start reselling Google Ads under your brand

Five steps, in order. The first two are about Google’s rules, because fixing them after launch means rebuilding accounts.

Set up your manager account and fee disclosure

Create or tidy your agency manager account, write your management fee into client terms separately from Google Ads costs, and add Google’s third-party advertiser guide where the policy requires it.

Give every client its own account

One Google Ads account per advertiser, billed to the client, linked to your manager account. Share provider access from there.

Audit conversion tracking before handover

Confirm each conversion action fires once with the right value. Every bid strategy the provider or platform uses optimizes toward it.

Launch one client with approvals on

Review every change for two weeks — Ryze AI’s approval queue or the provider’s change summaries — and check the first report shows Google’s exact cost, clicks and impressions.

Brand every surface, then scale

Check the dashboard, report, email sender and login domain from the client’s side, then onboard the rest on the same template.

The Ryze help center documents Google Ads management and approvals; plan details are on the Agency page.

Frequently asked questions

What is white label Google Ads management?
White label Google Ads management is a wholesale arrangement where a provider builds and optimizes Google Ads campaigns for an agency’s clients under the agency’s brand. The client owns the Google Ads account and pays Google for clicks, pays the agency a management fee, and the agency pays the provider. The client only sees the agency.
How much does white label Google Ads cost?
Published October 2026 rates: 51Blocks $300–$675 setup plus $396–$693 per month by client spend, Soud Marketing from $500 per month with no setup, PPC Ninja from $450 per month after a $600–$1,500 build. Ghostful and PPC.co quote on request. Ryze AI’s Agency plan is $279 per month flat for unlimited client workspaces.
What is the best white label Google Ads provider?
In this guide, published by Ryze AI with disclosure, Ryze AI’s Agency plan ranks first at 9.3/10 for agencies with several clients, because one flat $279 monthly fee covers every client under the agency’s brand. 51Blocks (8.5) is the most transparent human fulfillment option, and Soud Marketing (8.3) the best flat fee for small local accounts.
Is white labeling Google Ads allowed by Google?
Yes. Google permits agencies and resellers to manage ads for clients under its Third-party policy, provided they follow its rules: a separate Google Ads account for each advertiser, honest claims about costs and results, accurate cost reporting, written disclosure of management fees, and customer IDs on request. White label arrangements must follow the same rules as any agency.
Show 10 more questions
What does Google’s third-party policy require from resellers?
Use one Google Ads account per end advertiser. If you provide a monthly report, show account-level cost, clicks and impressions and Google’s exact charges, separate from your fees. Disclose any separate management fee in writing before the first purchase and on every invoice. Provide customer IDs on request, and share Google’s advertiser guide if you mainly serve small budgets.
Can I put several small clients in one Google Ads account?
No. Google’s Third-party policy requires a separate Google Ads account for each end advertiser, and says combining advertisers can distort Quality Scores and restrict ad delivery. Each client should own its account, billed to its own payment method and linked to your agency’s manager account, with provider access shared from there.
Who owns the Google Ads account in white label management?
The client should own it. The account is billed to the client’s payment method and linked to your agency’s manager account, so conversion history, audiences and Quality Score history stay with the client if any vendor relationship ends. Clients are also entitled to their customer ID under Google’s policy, so the account should never be hidden from them.
How much should I charge clients for Google Ads management?
Small-business Google Ads management commonly sells for $500–$1,500 per month, or 10–20% of spend for larger budgets. Work from wholesale cost: 51Blocks prints a suggested retail price about twice its wholesale fee, so a $396 wholesale account would retail near $800. Add your own strategy and call time before setting the floor.
Do I have to tell clients I use a white label provider?
Google’s policy requires you to disclose your management fees and report Google’s exact costs, not to name your subcontractors. You must not misrepresent your identity or make misleading claims. Many agencies state in their terms that they use specialist partners, which keeps the brand experience white label without implying the agency does all the work in-house.
How long does white label Google Ads take to show results?
Expect a ramp. 51Blocks states new accounts may take up to 45 days to dial in, and most Google bid strategies need a few weeks of conversion data before they stabilize. Set that expectation with the client before launch, and judge performance against a pre-launch baseline rather than the first fortnight.
Does white label Google Ads include Performance Max and Shopping?
Not always. Ghostful lists Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Local Services Ads; Soud Marketing lists Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, LSA and YouTube; 51Blocks lists Search, Display, LSA and YouTube; Growth Minded Marketing covers Search and Shopping only. Confirm every campaign type your clients need before signing.
Can white label Google Ads providers join client calls?
Some can. 51Blocks offers US-based client success managers with masked Zoom and VOIP through its $250-a-month ClientCare+ add-on, and PPC.co’s account manager can join calls. Ghostful never contacts clients. With a platform such as Ryze AI, your own team runs every client call.
What is the difference between white label Google Ads and a Google Partner agency?
Google Partners is Google’s badge program for agencies that meet spend, performance and certification requirements. White label is a business arrangement in which one company does the work and another sells it. A white label provider may hold Partner status, but that badge belongs to the provider’s own account, not to the agency reselling its work.
Is a white label platform better than a white label provider for Google Ads?
It depends on your team. A provider supplies a human Google Ads manager per account, which suits agencies without one. A white-label platform like Ryze AI costs one flat fee for all clients and does the building and optimizing in software, which suits agencies with a strategist who can own client strategy and calls.
